Jusqu’au 31 décembre 2022, le seuil de passation des marchés de travaux sans publicité ni mise en concurrence est élevé à 100 000 € HT.

La DAJ vient de publier une fiche explicative de cette nouvelle loi. Comme elle le précise sur son site Internet : « La fiche inclut plusieurs mesures relatives au droit de la commande publique destinées à soutenir les opérateurs économiques dans le cadre du plan de relance et à pérenniser certaines dispositions de simplification mises en place pendant l’état d’urgence sanitaire. Ces mesures ont été déclarées conformes à la Constitution par la décision du Conseil constitutionnel du 3 décembre 2020 ».
